By invoice. Tell us the two seat counts and we send a written quote, then an invoice, annually in advance. Your company area is set up and your seats issued when it is paid — no card, no portal checkout, no procurement surprise. Prices are excluding VAT.
While the licence runs, everything is yours to take at any time. Completion records — worker, module, date, score — and every certificate can be exported whenever you need them, and we would rather you pulled a fresh export before every audit than relied on us to have one.
If the licence ends, access to the training ends with it. That is what a licence is. Certificates your people have already earned stay with them, and the verification page keeps working.
The training record is yours, and keeping it is your job, not ours. EU law sets no retention period for training records, and ISO 45001 leaves it to you to decide how long yours must live — so the safe assumption is that you keep your own copy for as long as your own risk profile requires. A Danish personal-injury claim can surface years after the work, which is why most employers keep training records well beyond the licence that produced them.
We hold a copy for three years after the licence ends, as a backstop. Storing data costs money and we do not charge you for it, so three years is what we carry for nothing. If you need it back inside that window — an audit, a dispute, a certification review — ask, and we will retrieve and send it as chargeable work at a rate agreed in advance. It is a safety net, not your filing system, and it is not a subscription you have to keep paying to stay covered.
Take the export while you have it. It costs you nothing today and it is the version you control.
